| 2) | On-line Preregistration（On-line Preregistration Fee: JPY 13,000） ・Please come to the "On-line Preregistration desk". We ask for your name, and after confirming your registration, we will hand you a "name badge". ※ Payments should be made on-line before September 6. After the dead line, on-site registration fee will be applied. ※ We do not accept On-line registration for students and those within 5 years after graduation. |

| 3) | On-site Registration ・Please pay JPY 15,000 at the “On-site registration desk” and receive your name badge. （Students are free, and those within 5 years after graduation pay JPY 5,000） ※ If you are a student and are within 5 years after graduation, please present the certificate of your affiliation, the student ID card, and other documents. If you do not have identification, you cannot get a discount. |

| 4) | Program and Abstracts book Program and Abstracts book is sold for JPY 4,000. For non-members etc., please purchase it if necessary. ※ Please be sure to wear your name badge in the venue during the meeting period. |
